Used for acute parotitis, tympanitis, sinusitis, bronchitis and pneumonia, urinary tract infection, skin parenchyma infection. The product is for oral use, not suitable for severe infection.

For adult, 250-500mg, 4 times daily, maximum 4g one day. Appropriate reduction for patient of deficient kidney function.
For children, 25-50mg per kg weight daily, divided into 4 times.
For skin parenchyma infection,12.5-50mg per kg weight, twice daily.
